2 Account Registration and Eligibility

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not been fully verified.
4.3 Refund Policy
Funds that have been used in a game or bet cannot be refunded. If a deposited amount does not appear in your account due to a technical error, contact the support team immediately.
Please note: All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods belonging to the account holder. Transactions through third parties are not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
oktk bat offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive ৳1,200 as a bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,200. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 wagering).
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only, once per account.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple accounts using the same IP address or device will not receive the bonus.
- The decision to cancel a bonus is at the sole discretion of oktk bat.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The oktk bat VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Example: at the Gold tier, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games and betting on oktk bat operate under specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on that game's page. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the correct result will apply.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, decisions will be made in accordance with the applicable bet rules. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to withdraw funds by abusing the bonus system.
- Manipulating the system through coordinated or group betting.
- Placing bets on a game or event with prior knowledge of the outcome.
- Using automated software or algorithms to manage bets.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue or other technical reason, the result of that round may be voided and the stake returned. In such cases, the decision of oktk bat is final.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Grounds for Account Suspension
oktk bat reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:
- Registration using false or incomplete information.
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- As directed by a relevant authority.
7.2 Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, but only after all active bets have been settled.
7.3 After Account Closure
After an account is closed, the account's information may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
8 Responsible Gaming
oktk bat believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income. All users are encouraged to follow our Responsible Gaming guidelines.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
If a user feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion through the support team. This facility is completely free of charge.
8.2 Deposit Limits
Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it is subject to a specified waiting period.
8.3 Protection of Minors
Opening an account or playing games on behalf of anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that a minor has accessed a user's account, that account will be closed immediately.

10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between oktk bat and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be effective.
